Poor service
Poor service. Ordered emergency contraption (£35) attempted delivery after two days and I wasn’t in to sign - assuming as I paid for express delivery it would be the next day, when I was in and could have signed. Called in, was told I would be refunded and a doctor would call. Heard nothing for over a week so I called again and they said I won’t get a refund and the doctor text me instead. Really really poor service. Felt as though I wasn’t taken seriously at all through the whole process

I put an order in on the 3rd of December it was supposed to be delivered on the 6th but never arrived i phoned and after a long long wait she came back and she was sorry they forgot to post it but told me they were going to post it Express post and I would get it the next day the 7th again never arrived I phoned again again after a very long wait came back again telling me they forgot to send it to me but assured me it was being posted that day Express and would arrive on the 8th it never came again I once again phoned again to be told they were closed and wouldn’t be open to Monday. Over the last 6 days I have sent 4 messages with no response and 4 phone calls to just to be told rubbish. They have now lost my custom. Unhappy customer.
