Overall poor service
Ordered a prescription when my surgery were being impossible, took quite a while to come but reasonably priced and did arrive eventually. Most recent order for antibiotics, a test was added on when I went to pay making the prescription very expensive but understood that it was best to test first before having antibiotics however the test arrived with only being able to see results using an app that is compatible with very few phone brands and certain models (I have a smart phone that is a year old just not a brand new iPhone or Samsung!). I would assume superdrug have a good deal with this test company to happily sell test kits that cannot be used by most people when there are much simpler tests available. The website does state this when you search for the test however I was given no information or choice about this useless test at the time of ordering and charged an extra £12,99 for it. I have since bought a test from my local pharmacy which was much more inclusive for anyone to be able to use. Overall a poor service that is not inclusive to all, this will likely be highlighted with the generic reply of we can't find your order do get in touch. I have messaged on the doctor page but don't expect to get anywhere
