It was a quick and easy way to get the treatment I needed. It’s a shame when I picked up my prescription that the instructions printed out & stuck on the bag were some of the most confusing wording I’ve read

Quick & Easy
The service is quick & easy, usually takes a day or two (depending on stock) for you to collect your medication. I could get this medication on the NHS for free, but there is so much delay and fuss. Superdrug doctors takes the stress out of it and the price is incredibly reasonable.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I was supposed to pick up medications today, but the doctor still hasn’t reviewed my order despite the fact I have provided pictures of myself several times. This is absurd. I am travelling in three days and no one is answering from customer service.

No flexibility…
Wanted to cancel order as I wasn’t able to collect from the pharmacy, but was told, once it’s approved by the doctor, orders cannot be cancelled. Was given the option to send to my home address, still waiting for an email reply
