Nothing in stock yet website says it is
Went through the hassle of setting up online which involved driving 30 mins each way to weigh myself, and other things. To get as approved account and only to then have my order cancelled because they didn’t have the medication in stock. Update after Superdrug reply: Again, please look at your CX because I wasn’t given the option the pick up from a pharmacy where this was stocked, it was approved by the online doctor after a big hassle to get the images requested, and then immediately cancelled. So to reiterate, either have customer service operates that can signpost customers who have already paid and done the leg work to a more satisfactory outcome or use the website to explain and signpost customers better. Still saying in stock online. Terrible customer experience.
