I placed an order via the online Doctor on Sunday 19th - before completing the order the webpage told me the item would be with me BY Thursday 23rd. It was reviewed by a doctor on Monday 20th. The delivery date then changed to Thursday 23rd to Monday 27th. Had I know this upfront I would not have ordered - this is misleading. It is now the evening of Thursday 23rd and my order still have not even been dispatched. I would now just prefer a refund - this delay in unacceptable and the webpage is misleading. Had I wanted to wait over a week for the item I would have booked a GP appointment.

Awful experience. The βdoctorsβ do not respond to my queries. The treatment I needed was out of stock and no alternative or support in a distressing situation was provided. Furthermore, the Β£20 initial appointment was not refunded as this is a pointless appointment when I canβt get treatment following it. Atrocious and Iβll never use this service again. Long live the NHS.

Was given the incorrect amount of antibiotics. Once I realised I was already away from where I picked them up as it was over Christmas. I contacted superdrug pharmacy and they said nothing could be done I had to contact the pharmacy. They checked the system but of course it reads that the correct amount was given, it was likely a human error not putting the right amount in box so assuming it wouldn't show on system. They said nothing could be done their end, I had to speak with superdrug online. I did email but received no reply, I had to pay twice for antibiotics which wasn't ideal.

The medical part of the service is efficient and appropriate. The reported dates of the delivery of the medication with standard delivery has been misleading on the purchase side of the service.
