Good for Soap? Defo not good for anything IMPORTANT!!
I placed my order before noon Monday, with standard delivery, flashed up "order today for Wednesday Delivery" (2 working Days) But No!! No, No, No... Recieved an email on Tuesday saying expected delivery between Thursday and the following Tuesday!! Today is Saturday, so earliest posible delivery day is now Monday - A WHOLE WEEK AFTER PLACING THE ORDER!!! Seriously, what is the point of this company??? Maybe use for toiletries, but take my advice, don't risk ordering anything important which you need anytime soon...

I got sold a medication that was out of stock in mid-December. It never went back in stock. I have been trying to get a refund for three weeks now and all my messages have been ignored by the pharmacy staff. If you are thinking about using their pharmacy services - I do not recommend. Clearly, they are only interested in your money.

This was an easy service to use
This was an easy service to use. My daughter had a UTI and a treatment for Cystitis had not worked. The Superdrug online Dr was able to issue a three day course of antibiotics which cleared her infection up in no time. The advise was great from knowledgeable staff. We felt on this occasion that the standard wait for an NHS appointment with our family GP for our young daughter was totally unacceptable. Very happy to recommend Superdrugs Online Docror service as it really was a godsend. Many thanks x.

Waste Of Time
Lost my medical sample! Returned the test kit as per their instructions and heard nothing for 3 weeks. When I contacted them was told they had not received it. Luckily had kept a record of the tracking number which proved it had been received by them and when. Was then advised, oh yes we did receive it but you did not complete the paperwork. Absolute nonsence, followed it to the letter, just admit you lost it! Waste of time, goodness knows where it ended up.
