Good for Soap? Defo not good for anything IMPORTANT!!

I placed my order before noon Monday, with standard delivery, flashed up "order today for Wednesday Delivery" (2 working Days) But No!! No, No, No... Recieved an email on Tuesday saying expected delivery between Thursday and the following Tuesday!! Today is Saturday, so earliest posible delivery day is now Monday - A WHOLE WEEK AFTER PLACING THE ORDER!!! Seriously, what is the point of this company??? Maybe use for toiletries, but take my advice, don't risk ordering anything important which you need anytime soon...

Regis Online Intro Offer Scam

Not a problem with the salon, this is an issue with head office. I was offered a 10% discount for booking an appointment online; however, the offer did not work at checkout and I was charged the full price. I complained online but was told there was nothing they could do!! Really bad customer service - they simply don't care
