Never received test results.
Never received results. Ordered a test on 30th January. It then took 8 days to arrive. I returned the test on the same day, with the tracking showing the test arrived on February 8th. It is now well over a week later and I've heard nothing - I sent a message through the system to ask for an update and crickets. I have now had to go to another service to do the test as Superdrug have taken far, far, far too long to complete it. Will not be using the service again.
