No stock, no communication

They emailed me to say they had run out of stock 3 days after I placed the order, offered a lower dose which I accepted, no response to my confirmation, emailed again still nothing, called them and was just told they will send it out, wouldn’t say when. Still nothing, now 11 days without an injection and it’s cost me 2k to get to this point !

On monjaro

On monjaro. I’ve had no acknowledgement or contact from the doctor. You have to self manage. Don’t feel its value for money. Could have just bought the product elsewhere for much cheaper. I signed up because Superdrug are supposed to offer support and clinical advice.

No communication

In the past Superdrug online doctor has been pretty good but recently I was messaged days after placing my order for next day pickup to say there were supply chain issues delivering to store for pick up - they asked if I wanted a refund or to have my medication delivered to home. It’s been several days since I submitted my reply asking for delivery and I’ve had no communication from Superdrug. I’ve already missed one dose of my medication due to this delay and am on track to have to miss a second dose. It’s extremely frustrating and the lack of communication is not acceptable.

The process was easy enough though the company could have requested picture with the inital assessment as this delayed me getting the medication. It also said next day which it wasn’t ended up being 4 days later… customer services however were really good
