The difficulty with the beckenham…
The difficulty with the beckenham pharmacy set up is that the staff are always stuck behind a wall that obscures their sight of people waiting at the counter. Add to this that they never seem to appear to see if anyone is waiting and you can be stuck there for quite a while. I had to ask another staff member of the Superdrug team to see if there was anyone available but they were not allowed to go into the pharmacy section to get the pharmacist - so the waiting game extends and by this time there is a sizeable queue of irritated customers.
