Still not dispatched 5 days after selecting next day delivery....
Placed an order Monday. Selected and paid for next day delivery. After two phone calls and a promise it'd be dispatched today...it still hasn't been. On their website it states "no refund once dispatched"- I requested a refund this afternoon after realising it was never going to be dispatched today as promised only to be told that "due to it being in a sack with other orders and therefore not realistic to pull out we wouldn't honour that request" I'm not the only one to have highlighted issues with their delivery.... Be aware, if your relient on medication....I'd seriously considering going else where!!!!!
