Slow and inefficient
Very slow at processing my order and at responding to messages . And Ignored my message stating that the package should be placed in my secure mailbox as I am never there to sign anything when the post arrives. So i received a message from Royal Mail stating that they could not deliver because one was at home .

Used to order medication
Used to order medication. Usually good with turn around but can be slower then expected. They say they have doctors in hand to answer questions- but most times it’s more than 2 days to get any reply. Once I didn’t get e reply for a week. You don’t have any other contact route and can’t cancel incorrect orders, hence my 3 star rating.

Slowest delivery that often needs a nudge
Orders placed with ‘cold delivery’ say Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and take on average 2 weeks to arrive. Suoerdrug are fly - always says order def patch note created but then takes anywhere up to 9 working days to actually enter the postal network. For the costs involved it’s disgraceful. I e contacted customer service multiple times and received a negative response about 3 days later. Three times now so definitely my last. To the Superdrug reply: I am not going to share personal information in a public reply. That’s a very inappropriate and unprofessional request to make. Update number 2: I believe thus review has had a take down notice as I’m being asked for more details. Another reason never to use this service again. This review is honest and truthful, delivery takes up to a week despite paying for next day service.
