Dreadful customer service! It is frustrating to get any sort of assistance. Don't have the decency to go back to their customers. Avoid them!

I ordered a test kit and the lab received the sample on Friday 11th April. Superdrug online doctor suggested that the report would take up to 72 hours to be finished and then sent to me. It is now 24th April (almost two weeks later) and I still have yet to receive it. I have sent several follow up emails and had no replies to those. Someone did send me a message today saying the report is done and claiming to have attached it, but there was nothing there. It's a horrible system and I know that the analysis of the kit was completed by Monday 14th (10 days ago) because the company they outsource the analysis too emailed me to say it was done, which means that superdrug have been sitting on it for 10 days and doing nothing. Would recommend people pick a different service.

I've started Mounjaro and although it is advertised as a next day service it absolutely is not. I've only got orders approved by chasing and asking to cancel. I don't think I will use them again as it's very tedious. I appreciate demand is high but if you can't fulfil next day do not advertise that you can.There more reliable and cheaper options. Lloyds for instance. Edited to respond to review: Firstly it's next availability until you pay and then once money has been taken, then you see it's 48-72 hours. Then it's 3-4 days to be refunded if that is not acceptable so either way you are waiting. You are correct that my ordered were processed within 24 hours BECAUSE I called to complain on both occasions. Even then the order I placed on 22nd is not available until Friday 25th after noon after 3pm so I'm afraid although I appreciate the response I don't agree with your rebuttal and I will be sourcing elsewhere in future.

No response at all from the online doctor, Its pretty appalling when your taking which can be a pretty dangerous medication i entrusted i would get the support needed instead it too over a week to get AI response which didnt even respond to my most important question. Its not good enough your a big company and i paid extra for a medication thinking i would get the support needed.

I placed an order for Mounjaro and they immediately debited the credit card. Only then did they ask for pictures to be sent. I was abroad and couldn’t do one on a set of scales. I did them immediately on returning home. They processed the order and sent me a message to say when they would be sending it. That order was going to arrive when I wouldn’t be home so contacted them immediately to ask them to delay sending for a few days. They completely ignored my request and when I called, even though the order hadn’t yet left the pharmacy they still refused to hold the order. I only used Superdrug as they had a 20% off offer on. I’ve used two other pharmacies without a problem and they are cheaper. Never again.
