Mounjaro KwikPen 2.5mg JAMMED one dose left and they will not do anything about it
TERRIBLE Mounjaro KwikPen 2.5mg jammed on last dose they will not do anything about it after contacting them told me to go to Superdrug Pharmacy but they confirmed they are not aloud to look or un jam it as they cannot administer the last dose anyway My wife and my daughter both nurses they could not unjam and all they keep on saying its fully used even though i have attached photos you can get this product cheaper elsewhere also so last dose cost me about 50 gbp and they will not do anything about it slow to reply customer services

Told order approved and despatched - 3 days later, told order cancelled due to no stock - terrible practice!!!!
I ordered medication on a Friday to ensure receipt the following Wednesday. The order was approved and delivery advised for between 1-3 days, expected on Wednesday 30th April 2025. I was tracking my order with Royal Mail. I was advised the order had been despatched and Royal Mail were expecting it. I tracked it over several days and each time Royal Mail were still expecting it. On Wednesday morning I had an email from Superdrug Doctor advising that my order was cancelled due to unavailability of stock and they were refunding it. This is dishonest regarding despatch and disgusting that late notice left me panicking that I wouldn't get my medication that day and I had run out. Luckily, I found Asda online Doctor, ordered the same thing which arrived the same day for £20 less!!!!
