Ioana was very helpful on my phone call and taking the time to deal with my issue. Not only did she check with other stores what was in stock but she checked when I can go and confirmed it in writing. She honestly made me at ease with this phone call.

Booked a testosterone test online and was delivered pretty promptly. I sent the test back the following day and after a few days of waiting, I had an email stating my results were ready. Went to view the results online of which the following was said.. "The level of total testosterone in the sample you provided is __ nmol/L (normal total testosterone level: 7.6 - 31.4 nmol /L). This is a normal total testosterone level." So the result I was given was a nil reading. I sent a message back through their online portal to a "doctor" (I use quotes as I'm questioning if a real doctor is actually reviewing these tests) and I've had nothing back. Sadly, I didn't purchase this service through a credit card, else I'd be issuing a chargeback. Overall, poor product with poor services. Avoid at all costs if you're looking for a valid test result. Update: I've now been given my actual test results. Madness that it's taken this long to supply the actual results. Modifying from 1 star to 2.

Update: I have updated my review now my issue has been resolved. I ordered the perimenopause home blood test. Purchase, delivery and return of test was all straightforward. Results came back in about three days. I had some difficulty reading my result due to the formatting of the site. The online doctor took over a week to respond to my request for the result, and it took a while longer after my Trustpilot review for the response to come through. But it now has and my issue has been resolved. So it was OK in the end after some customer service support, but I probably wouldnβt rush back if I needed another test as I think they get a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers to serve (and indeed the website says as much when you send through a query).
