The worst company! Avoid at any cost! Once they took the money it’s becomes impossible to get a refund! They selling tickets on the cancelled trips as well! And the rude support is making fun at you! Respond to the reply below: If you will check the entire history of my bad experience then you can see that the app allowed me to buy a ticket for the cancelled trip I wasn’t aware of and only when I tried standing in front of the other bus to change my non-cancelled at that moment ticket the app just booked a ticket on the same date but in May- That is very non-professional as well though. And after all this if to sell a ticket for the cancelled trip is meeting your term and conditions then I have nothing to tell you more and actually yes, I will just not to use your service in the future as well ever again. And will convince people not to use it as well course it is leading to lose money and the mental health
