Not received my item requested refund 3 times, no response. Would not use again.

First time user and start to finish received my medical supplies promptly no issues from start to finish. Discreet packaging, professional outlook and fast despatch . Will be returning customer and will recommend to friends and family.

Placed order told delivery approx 4 days. I used tracking ID several times with Royal Mail,each time said "we've got your parcel" nothing about when it would be del. After 2 weeks phoned Pharmacy 4 U UK, not very helpful, told me to ring back end of week, by now gave up. After nearly 4 weeks order arrived. I paid their price to get quick delivery. Ha .never again.

Ordered two bottles of sun cream, paid for delivery, they only sent one bottle and the other was only half full and had leaked all over the packaging. They refunded the one bottle that wasn’t sent and asked me to replace the order (which meant paying again for delivery as this was not refunded). I’m still waiting to hear how they attempt to resolve the faulty product they sent, they have ignored the last two messages I have sent to them. Absolutely rude and unprofessional company. In response to below, you have not refunded me for the damages product, you refunded me for the one you failed to send and expected me to pay again for postage; if you are going to respond then please do so with accurate information. Also I have contacted you to resolve and like I stated above, you have failed to respond to my last three emails!!!

Generally your service is great except from the time it takes from doctors approval. Your down fall is the time it can take for dispatch, I have waited nearly 2weeks for Co- Codamol to reach me. Which is disappointing. I can also understand that medication can be more difficult to obtain these days.

Order sat there pending for ages despite paying next day delivery etc. Ending up ringing them saying give me a refund I got it elsewhere, wouldn't use again. Only credit I can give was the guy on the phone was pretty professional and sorted my refund and cancelled my order.

Never received the goods. I kept receiving the same email every 2 days which I replied to, but then get it again to be filled in after 10 days I cancelled through PayPal as I couldn't speak to anyone about the issues l had encountered.

Very slow delivery. The website says 2-4 days in the uk. I’ve waited 6 days already. Just found a new pharmacy that deliver in 24 hrs, order by 1300 you’ll get the delivery by 1300.
