Unprofessional and poor service

Ordered two bottles of sun cream, paid for delivery, they only sent one bottle and the other was only half full and had leaked all over the packaging. They refunded the one bottle that wasn’t sent and asked me to replace the order (which meant paying again for delivery as this was not refunded). I’m still waiting to hear how they attempt to resolve the faulty product they sent, they have ignored the last two messages I have sent to them. Absolutely rude and unprofessional company. In response to below, you have not refunded me for the damages product, you refunded me for the one you failed to send and expected me to pay again for postage; if you are going to respond then please do so with accurate information. Also I have contacted you to resolve and like I stated above, you have failed to respond to my last three emails!!!
