BEWARE ! order was rejected despite having a current prescription, had to chase them for a refund and they deducted £5.00, absolute rip off, read the other reviews and AVOID this company

Ordered medication sent the money through bank transfer as soon as they got my money they didn't answer my messages once and i never received anything i ordered! Its a con.
I placed an order on Easter Monday (holiday) I called them on Wednesday, the call was answered practically straight away, the guy on the phone was very polite & dealt with my query in about 15 seconds. My meds that I ordered arrived on the Thursday, FANTASTICALLY BRILLIANT service, if I could give this company 10 stars, I would. They are & were more efficient than my GP's, a very deep & heart felt thank you.
I think all the bad reviews are FAKE - I’ve never had a online pharmacy call me to discuss the fastest way of getting the order to me because of bank holiday and me going on holiday in 4 days ( I’m dangerously low on my medication)- but online pharmacy 4u did this ! Before listening to comments from people who could have been FAKE REVIEWS from competitors- make your own opinions and try them once . I won’t order from anyone else from now on. Ordered today - Royal Mail email saying out for delivery Saturday- now that’s efficient
Ordered 2 x of an item back on 23rd March, contacted them today (4th April) given the no show of said items over ten days later, to be told they are unavailable. A very poor, systemically weak online service, that doesn't keep its availability data up to date and thereby dupes buyers into things it obviously cannot deliver in a timely fashion. Not one communication from then since their confirmatory email (23rd March) to let me know there was a problem. Rubbish.

Awful customer service, product was received smashed to pieces with no apology or replacement offered. All i was sent was a royal mail claimform link. Shop elsewhere if you can.
The pharmacy sold me a test which wasn’t available anymore, then when I asked where was the kit they said it’d be sent by the laboratory. Just a time after it they informed they didn’t have it anymore, so I wasted one week to get my health checked.

Wrong item delivered , a vibe ring instead of a performance ring. This took many emails to sort out and I asked to have the correct one sent. This never happened and I was asked me to return item for a refund but no indication if this would be paid for. At this point I gave up. When I opened item it didn't work anyway.

Another day without a refund, I have provided evidence that they took my money and they have no record of an order being fulfilled but they still keep my money. Believe the reviews you read and avoid these crooks. Edit to reply to response : I have provided you with emails and bank statements proving that online pharmacy 4u has taken the money, it is fraud on your part and you keep asking for different evidence. This review is 100% genuine and I am happy to provide evidence to Trustpilot to show the correspondence I have had with you and the evidence that I have provided you with.
Still no sign of my order placed on 21 August 2022, still no refund and still no replies to my many emails or my letter. Have got Resolver involved now. Hilariously, they got Trustpilot to contact me to tell me to take my reviews down... I don't think so! Give me my money back then I'll think about taking my reviews down. Total fraudsters and thieves.
I placed an order for 3 units of a medication. Only one was delivered with a delivery note indicating "3 of 3",suggesting another package would contain the remaining items. No other package has been received and a notification to the company was met with a suggestion that my complaint had no basis and had been received outside the timeframe.
I placed an order and it never came. This was over a month ago now. I sent multiple emails to them. Not one was answered. I have to conclude this company is a scam. They have taken my money and have gone radio silent since then.
Happy Christmas to you all at Pharmacy4u , it is now 5 months since you took my money and did not supply the goods , your reference 3731 . I am never going to give up on this until you put this right . Reading so many of your reviews on here I am far from alone
