Online Pharmacy 4U Reviews

This was my first purchase from Online Pharmacy 4U and it worked very well. They asked a few extra questions which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. The delivery was a little delayed by the ongoing postal strike, but otherwise it would have arrived the next day. I will certainly be buying from them again. Roger

I placed an order for a product that I knew was being taken out of production and so was not surprised when, the next day, I was sent a message saying it could not be forfilled. I was offered a substitute and, when I declined, a refund was made immediately. I can not fault the fantastic customer service and will be sure to consider them for future requirements.

The day after I ordered I was told my item was not in stock. I was given a refund promptly. I was pleased with being told right away about the situation

Accepted an order for items that were not defined to be out of stock, a week later defining that the order could not be fulfilled, refund then taking days to come through

TERRIBLE!! Still haven’t received my order placed 2 weeks ago. Sent 3 emails / no response. Wont be using them again.

The items I required were declared to be in stock on their website, but when I ordered and paid for them, they were suddenly unavailable. A refund was promised but it took 13 days and several emails to persuade the Company to provide it. I have to conclude that Online Pharmacy 4U is an unreliable Company which doesn't provide any meaningful level of customer care, and cannot be regarded as a reputable supplier. I will use one of their many, more efficient, competitors in future.

I am informed by Babylon GPatHand that prescriptions were released on 18th Sept but my order does not show it. This is the latest in a series of nuisances with Pharmacy2U and it's impossible to contact via their call centre. I will stop using Pharmacy2U and complain to the CQC

I order low dose paracetamol for my granddaughter - she has to take it for a heart condition - my buying it for her takes the pressure off of my daughter - pharmacy 4 U is extremely efficient and delivery is super fast - thank you pharmacy 4 U for your great service x

Wow look at all the bad feedback and here's mine. Prescription arrived today but missing 2 boxes so ended up on live chat to them which was a complete waste of time. Kept asking me to check inside one of my other prescription boxes to see if it had been put in their. I explained twice that the missing boxes were bigger then the boxes he wanted me to look in and also told him all the boxes were sealed but he wouldn't have it. Also asked if I'd thrown them away by mistake and that I should check. Again I explained I checked everything before contacting the pharmacy but kept telling me to check again. Just admit that the mistake is at Ur end and replace Luke as he's totally thick.

I ordered a CBD muscle and joint gel. When it arrived it was broken and unusable, this company put a GLASS JAR in very thin cardboard. There was no bubble wrap at all. I immediately emailed them as soon as I opened it and sent photos. They said they would put an insurance claim through. Weeks went by and they emailed me back saying they would let me know when its gone through. I heard nothing. I emailed them some very frustrated emails, why couldnt they refund me straight away? It was their own error in not packaging a fragile item properly. Since then, i have had no replies, no refund. I am going to have to do chargeback on my credit card (never have had to do this) Update: Have you seen their reply? Calling me a liar and accusing me of fraud. Literally no words. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The cream was not of a hard composition. If anyone is reading this, note that item was GEL, that is not a hard composition. They chat ish. Believe me, I would not go to these lengths for a £20 chargeback to my credit card. Im just fuming because this is not justified and you can see how I have been treated. Please be careful.

Package not arrived been over a month now and they do not answer emails or phone call been trying alllweek

Taken my money but no rapberzole sent. well over 70pound out my bank account. I have emailed lots and no reply. I thought they were moving premasis when they shut there website down. It doesnt look like it as old site is back up with same address. Its not like i cant afford this money to disapear and nothing in return.

AVOID … I can’t stress this enough they need shutting down I paid via btc all fine and good later on that night I accidentally pasted there btc wallet into a transfer to a friend i sent them £330 extra by mistake I emailed them they replied saying they can see the transfer was made by mistake but refuse to refund the extra money saying they can’t do it and they give me extra pills to make up for the extra sent my order arrived surprisingly but was only what I ordered and paid for ,, I stated I didn’t want more pills and to refund the extra funds all they keep replying is they can’t send it back now they are not replying to my emails avoid them at all costs they need shutting down !!!! 20 pound pills cost me 350 as they won’t refund what I sent by mistake absaloute disgrace they have accepted that they can see I have sent extra but still refuse to send my money back it’s not like it was 50 quid more it’s £330 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered inhalers on the 11th of September still showing as unfulfilled I have phoned left messages emailed but absolutely no response this seems to be a common issue with this company they of course take your money then do not deliver will never use again please do not buy anything from this company

Placed an order 26/08 and I have still not received my order. Order status is unfulfilled. Do not use .**The company ignores direct emails -2 sent and posts on trust pilot to say a replacement has been sent, this is not the case!!**

I purchased dioralyte sachets in black current but they emailed to say they run out and was offered different flavour, so I request a refund because that's the only flavour I enter and was processed very quick.
