Truly a one stop shop for all my medical needs, excellent customer service to help at all times and my prescriptions are approved very quickly, i no longer need to visit my local pharmacy since i can receive all my treatments next day!

Haven't bought anything yet! Taken a long time to tell me you don't have it and offer a substitute. Then when I have tried to phone about this, someone keeps picking up the phone and putting it down again. If I could get it anywhere else, I would!

Ordered medication only to have ordered cancelled

Got the wrong medication. Tried to call and email for info on how to return but to no avail.

I placed an order and was charged as usual a few days later I received an email to say I have been refunded because they didn't have the stock in. You would think at the time of ordering if a particular item isnt in stock you wouldn't be able to place the order. Not happy at all.

Awful, it’s impossible to leave, there’s no unsubscribe option & although I haven’t ordered for more than 6 months I keep getting annoying messages . Terrible customer service

I received my orders in the time frame I was told, any time I contacted the online chat, each and every question I had was answered clearly and concisely. I would recommend Online Pharmecy to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and caring company. Online Pharmecy definitely gets 5 Stars from me.

I tried out the service which was OK until my wife wanted a prescription in a hurry, ie right now. Pharmacy 4U could not react quickly as they send medications by post. I left the service but they keep sending emails to ask for our prescriptions. I've tried to unsubscribe but it doesn't work. Poor customer service. RS.

They started well but went down hill fast. They have a confusing system which I don't understand so I end up not getting my prescription on time, despite ordering it well within the time they suggest. It's a bit of a shambles when it could and should be straight forward. Very disappointed with them, will change in the New year I think.

Wanted to try this as getting through to my local medical practice is a real pain to order my repeat prescription, you know the score....'you are caller number 82!' etc. It seams that if you have a repeat prescription you still have to go through the NHS online ordering service which entails going to the medical practice to get a letter to go online. What a game, I work away and I can't get in to see them and even if I could the COVID restrictions make it a joke to see anybody.........all in all not so easy to get stuff sent through the post as they make out

Absolutely crap services, , their system belongs to the 15th century. They don't understand the importance and severity of the requirement of medication to the patient. Please avoid using their services. Not worth.
