False promise and no communication.

Ordered 2 x of an item back on 23rd March, contacted them today (4th April) given the no show of said items over ten days later, to be told they are unavailable. A very poor, systemically weak online service, that doesn't keep its availability data up to date and thereby dupes buyers into things it obviously cannot deliver in a timely fashion. Not one communication from then since their confirmatory email (23rd March) to let me know there was a problem. Rubbish.
