I contacted them regarding a Wegovy injection pen that malfunctioned. The needle didn’t penetrate the skin, and instead just spilled the liquid out. They said they were unable to replace the pen because my doctor hadn’t moved me up “fast enough” according to their dosage schedule. They were not concerned that I had had to pay over $700 for this box of pens, or nearly $190, just for the one that malfunctioned. They even acknowledged that it was not operator error, but an issue with the pen itself. What terrible customer service.
