Horrible customer service and allows…
Horrible customer service and allows fraud transactions. I was compromised and noticed the moment it happened I woke up just as the person did $824.61 in charges. They tried with wrong info ( I guess zip code ) they got it right that’s when my text alerted me of the transaction. I immediately turned my card off and sent customer support a message when they finally reached back out to me. They said we have to let it go through all the way and then we can file a charge back to get your money back so we did that and then I’ve never had any interaction with the company VIbee which is where the fraud transaction came from I’ve never used them. I’ve never even heard of them up until this day. I continue to message Novo for the next three months. They told me it could take up to 120 days and then today I received a message saying that they are not giving me my money back with no explanation. Just sorry we’re keeping it. I have already reached out to the FBI online complaints. I have also reached out to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to take this matter all the way until it is resolved we are a small nonprofit organization for children and the lack of support Noble has given is unbelievable. I even reached out to them a couple weeks ago because I saw all of the complaints saying that they do this over and over to companies which I’m sure they are receiving the money back and they’re just keeping it themselves. I’ve never seen a bank have so many complaints over the same thing. This is very scary especially when we trust the bank to keep our money safe. The sad part is is when I try to use my card and also payroll and other merchants that need to be paid. I’m always blocked and told that I’ve exceeded my amount. Novo sent me a text message which I have paper trail of saying that they had even permanently updated my limit so that I can make my merchant payments on the first of the month and then they came back and said I guess because I’ve been questioning them about the $824 that first they tried to say they did not say that it was a permanent change when they put my limit up the second time after I showed them that I had proof they just said sorry we’re not gonna do it There’s no consistency. Nobody knows what they’re doing there. They really just copy and paste what you want to hear.
