Poor products and deeply unhelpful company
I’ve not had a good experience with Nordina Home and would not recommend them to anyone. The chairs we ordered were low quality uncomfortable products and we are having a nightmare of a time attempting to return them. I’ve reached out to the company on two occasions for help and advice and have received absolutely no help whatsoever. 25th March: Just an update on this. A member of the Nordina Home team did promptly reach out to me by phone, however their main aim was to ask me to change my trust pilot review to make them look better. I’ve not had any satisfying customer support experiences with this company and I retain the position that I will never shop with Nordina again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Please take your custom elsewhere to a company that will take care of you. Nordina may offer cheap products but the conditions that go along with this are not worth it. An expensive mistake I won’t make again. Also, bear in mind that Trustpilot points out that Nordina may be asking for positive reviews in a way that trust pilot itself does not support, and other websites mention that they will pay for a good review.

I spoke to Sarah from NORDINA Home re non delivery of a mattress today. I was very relieved to speak to someone who immediately understood the situation and activated the relevant communication in order to resolve the problem. Sarah is very much customer focussed and I thank her for that.

Eine der immer häufigeren Fake Sites
Eine der immer häufigeren Fake Sites. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf einen Bürostuhl. Hier wird unter einem skandinavisch klingenden Namen Ware präsentiert im Mid Century Design. Es wird geschwurbelt von Leder und Chrom. De facto dauert die Lieferung eine kleine Ewigkeit. Es kommt ein China Bausatz minderwertigster Qualität, der sicherlich keinen Qualitätstest hier in Deutschland bestehen würde. Nach dem Zusammenschrauben fühlt sich das Produkt trotzdem wacklig und nicht vertrauenserweckend an. Die Qualität weicht deutlich von den Werbefotos ab, da diese AI generiert sind. Die Größe passt eher für Menschen in Asien oder für Kinder. Am dreckigsten ist, dass hier suggeriert wird, man erwirbt wertiges skandinavisches Design. Geliefert wird China Müll für die Tonne. Daher - Finger weg. Nachsatz: die vielen positiven Bewertungen entstehen, weil Käufern ein Rabatt eingeräumt wird, wenn sie den Bestellvorgang positiv bewerten.
