Vi bestilte en stol tidlig i januar, og fikk den i slutten av mars. Bare masse unnskyldninger og bortforklaringer hele veien. Spar deg selv for masse problemer og velg et annet selskap.

Yes, it’s a pretty website but one that did not allow me to make a purchase. When I contacted Customer Service they gave a glib reply about changing my browser! I tried but their website still didn’t work. Eventually I got another response from Nordina Customer Service effectively saying it wasn’t their fault and there was nothing they could do about it. Both Customer Service advisers seemed more concerned that I should leave a good review specifically mentioning their names than with solving th problem. I won’t be so unkind as to name them but my advice is shop elsewhere, as I have now done at a slightly lower price.

Produits non conformes aux photos du site
Les produits expédiés ne sont pas confirmés aux photos, ce qui me semble tout à fait malhonnête quand on achète en ligne et qu'on ne voit donc pas le produit en réalité. Je reçois des chaises avec une grosse plaque noire cousue sous l'assise et qui se voit beaucoup alors qu'elle ne figure pas du tout sur les photos du site
