God kundeservice på chatten

Bestilte nye barstole og kunne se de blev overleveret til GLS med det samme næsten - men så skete der ikke rigtig mere. Jeg kontaktede dem på mail uden svar - næste dag kontaktede jeg dem på chatten og fik svar med det samme - og derfra fik kundeservice fat i GLS og jeg kunne se at pakken begyndte at rykke sig samme eftermiddag. Kundeservice har sendt mig opdatering om leveringen siden og nu er mine barstole leveret 😊 Og de er flotte 🤭🤭 Så du kan sagtens handle her, men skal du have fat i dem, så skriv på chatten 😊

Thoughtful customer service

I used the live chat feature and talked with Sofia. I explained my challenges with deliveries. She didn't just give me a stock answer. She took the time to talk with her team, and then emailed me back the next day with her recommendation for delivery. I decided to take a chance and have ordered the standing desk based on her advice. Fingers crossed!

Unimpressed

So far, the order made 3 weeks ago has not arrived. The delivery communication has been poor (order was sent back to the sender although we were at the property) and the customer service does not seem to fully understand that the order has never arrived and keeps talking about a "remaining order". I am so far very unimpressed. It's the first and possibly the last time I will order furniture from Nordina.

Väldigt dålig kvalité på skrivbord. Köp ej skrivbord. Falsk marknadsföring.Jag köpte ett skrivbord med valnöts bordsskiva. Efter ett tag började det losssna bitar från skrivbordsskivan. Utan att något ens skadat bordet. Det lossnar saker av sig självt. På sidan stod det äkta valnöt
