*** BEWARE !!!! I would suggest potential buyers read this post... I purchased a chair on the website which duly arrived. On constructing the chair it became evident very quickly that the item was poor quality, misaligned screw holes, gaps between plate and base, arm rests not symmetric and very little if any padding in the seat. So I initiated a complaint. They responded and requested me to fill out a claim form on line. I edited all the comments provided photos, a video ...and then the submit button just disappeared. I tried several times just to be certain and it was the same on every attempt. Furthermore I then tried the customer service number....great number 1in the queue....25 minutes later still no answer. I would suggest, as per Martin Lewis advice, you try calling the customer line for yourself to see if they are a reputable company ! Only option is to submit a section 75 as fortunately purchased via credit card

Empty promises from Nordina Home UK
I have had emails from this company from John,Mhaye,Melissa,Sam al telling me my refund is processed but nothing ever happens they have taken my money and apparently DHL lost the delivery. Shortly after this claim they stated they actually never had it in stock? Profuse apologies but after several weeks of promises and assurances that I would get a refund absolutely nothing. my rating of this company is therefore bad. If I get a refund happy to reconsider but actions speak louder than words what is their issue with the refund.

Unbelievable quality and service for the price.
I am at a loss because I saw the high Trustpilot score, ordered a manual adjustable height desk, went back to see if the height was shown in any of the reviews and read the comments saying that deliveries were late etc and that the good Trustpilot scores were falsley given for £10 discounts. I have no idea whether thse allegations are true or not, but our experience using Nordina Home has been a perfect one. We ordered the desk around 10pm one night. We got an automted response saying thank you for the order. The next day I got a message from DHL saying they would deliver the following day, then another message telling me the small times lot. They delivered on time, the desk was easy to assemble and once put together it looks amazing, the desktop is solid and the dark wood finish goes really well with the black frame. The workspace is solid heavy composite 120 x 60 cms, and I just had to position it centrally on the frame, drill pilot holes through the frame, once assembled, then screw it together. The desk is very sturdy and solid with no noticeable wobble like you get with the cheap electrical versions. The handle is easy to use, can fit either side, folds up and is removable when not in use. I cannot believe the high quality for the low price. Thank you and keep up the good work!
