Poor products and deeply unhelpful company

I’ve not had a good experience with Nordina Home and would not recommend them to anyone. The chairs we ordered were low quality uncomfortable products and we are having a nightmare of a time attempting to return them. I’ve reached out to the company on two occasions for help and advice and have received absolutely no help whatsoever. 25th March: Just an update on this. A member of the Nordina Home team did promptly reach out to me by phone, however their main aim was to ask me to change my trust pilot review to make them look better. I’ve not had any satisfying customer support experiences with this company and I retain the position that I will never shop with Nordina again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Please take your custom elsewhere to a company that will take care of you. Nordina may offer cheap products but the conditions that go along with this are not worth it. An expensive mistake I won’t make again. Also, bear in mind that Trustpilot points out that Nordina may be asking for positive reviews in a way that trust pilot itself does not support, and other websites mention that they will pay for a good review.
