Fabulous service!
My chairs shipped very quickly but only 6 of the 8 arrived. They were so helpful in quickly locating the other 2 which were en route. The service team is amazing and I absolutely love these chairs,

Bürostuhl enttäuscht in Qualität und Lieferzeit massiv
Ich bin enttäuscht. Bestellung ging im Januar raus. Geliefert wurde 2 Monate später. Bestellt wurde ein Bürostuhl Laguna in Braun mit Chromsockel und Rollen. Ware wurde unbeschädigt und vollständig geliefert. Dennoch ist die Qualität nicht gut. Wahrscheinlich kommt die Ware aus China und nicht aus Skandinavien oder Europa wie man beim Titel der Seite denken könnte. Das Rabattangebot von 70% auf den Kauf der Ware auf der Website gibt es bereits seit 2 Monaten. Der Stuhl weist eine leichte Neigung nach Hinten auf, sodass man bequem in den Stühl fällt. Die Polsterung des Sitzes ist nicht gut und nicht für 8h Büroarbeit gedacht. Es handelt sich hier nicht um einen unterstützenden ergonomischen Bürostuhl, sondern vielmehr um ein optisch netten Stuhl aber ohne Bürostuhlfunktion. Wir raten vom Kauf ab sofern man schnell einen Stuhl benötigt und auch einen Bürostuhl für den Homeoffice Alltag braucht.

Poor communication and misleading
Bought a chair on 6th of March - marketing very misleading saying items dispatched in a few days. Not recieved one follow up email about its status or when it will be dispatched - lack of transparency. I will be contacting my credit card to cancel the order if it’s not been dispatched soon.
