Bestilte en flot lænestol sidste i marts, og fik den leveret uden problemer små 3 ugers tid efter. Var lidt skeptisk med firmaet, da jeg kunne læse mange dårlige oplevelser/anmeldelser, men min ordre og levering har fungeret ganske optimalt,- og min stol er flot, lækker og af god kvalitet. Indpakningen/emballagen var også super god,- og godt beskyttet.

Truly a great experience, great customer service and communication I had a minor problem with a chair but it was sorted immediately and very smoothly. The chairs I purchased were good quality and very comfortable Would highly recommended

I struggled with the assembly of an office chair. The customer service team got back to me promptly with advice on how to make it work and followed up. When I was unable to assemble the chair satisfactorily they offered to send a replacement or an upgrade. The new chair arrived in a couple of days and was completely straightforward to assemble.

This company is a bad joke. Take your business elsewhere. I order 4 chairs, and only received the needed screws and wrenches to assemble 2 chairs. The company’s resolution was to send me 2 replacement chairs, as they do not stock parts. After a week’s delay, I received the replacement set — again without screws. I am canceling my order. Terrible terrible terrible!

What’s to say the chair Premium sadly arrived damaged not necessarily there fault more a packing issue some of the parts being metal would have appeared to of punctured the seat back. Isabelle who have been in contact with via email has been very nice in her reply’s, prompt and courteous.I hope a resolution is in sight a slight reduction in price would suffice. Nordina Home went above and beyond emailing me immediately with a proposal that went further than I thought possible. honest and truly a pleasure to deal with. I would use and recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I contacted them to replace the chair I received with a different one and they did it without any issues and didn't even ask for postage or the price difference - legendary customer service!! The chairs are beautiful too and super affordable. Highly recommend this brand.

Das gekaufte Produkt habe ich storniert, der Kundenservice hat schnell reagiert und eine unkomplizierte Lösung gefunden. Sehr professionell und freundlich. Kann also einen Kauf dort trotzdem empfehlen, weil die Sicherheit bei der Firma gibs. Schnelle und umfassende Beantwortung meiner Anfrage durch Laura und Isabella.
