What’s to say the chair Premium sadly arrived damaged not necessarily there fault more a packing issue some of the parts being metal would have appeared to of punctured the seat back. Isabelle who have been in contact with via email has been very nice in her reply’s, prompt and courteous.I hope a resolution is in sight a slight reduction in price would suffice. Nordina Home went above and beyond emailing me immediately with a proposal that went further than I thought possible. honest and truly a pleasure to deal with. I would use and recommend them to anyone and everyone.
