Beställde kontorsstol, och det är inga konstigheter med produkten. Leveranstiden var ok, cirka 2 veckor, så produkterna verkar inte fraktas från Sverige, vilket drar ner betyget lite. Det som också drar ner betyget är att det finns ingen information om företaget på hemsidan. Dom påstår sig ha kontor på "Torsgatan i Stockholm", vilket inte säger sådär jättemycket. Finns inget organisationsnummer att tillgå. Hade önskat att företaget var lite mer tydliga på denna punkt. En annan sak som drar ner betyget är deras val av Transportör - UPS. UPS är sämst, som påstår sig leverera hem när dom egentligen levererar till ombud. Detta är något en kund inte ska behöva betala, för prisbilden är annorlunda för hemleverans kontra ombud. Ser företaget till att vara tydliga med företagsinformation och byter transportföretag så hade jag lätt gett en 5:a, men får istället en 3:a.

I originally bought two chairs as they were such a good price. Unfortunately, even though well packaged, one arrived with a large split on the leg. I contacted customer service where this was dealt with swiftly and above what I expected. I was so happy with the quality of the chairs, the price and the wonderful customer service, I ordered two more. I was going to buy the oval tulip dining table too, but they had sold out! (Fingers crossed this comes back in stock at some point.) Nordina Home have been a pleasure to deal with, their customer service goes above and beyond; their products are beautiful, excellent quality and their prices are great! Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a set of 6 Nordic - style dining chairs from Nordina Home, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the exceptional customer service I received. Initially, I was a little hesitant about whether the chairs would perfectly complement my existing dining table. To address this I contacted Nordina Home to inquire about their return policy. They were incredibly helpful and promptly provided clear and easy- to- understand instructions for a potential return.While I had arrange my own carrier and would have been responsible for the return shipping cost, their willingness to accommodate my uncertainty was much appreciated. What truly impressed me was their proactive approach to ensuring my satisfaction. Instead of simple processing a potential return Nordina Home offered a generous 25% refund if i decided to keep the chairs. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated their commitment to customer happiness and their confidence in the quality of their products. Ultimately, I decided to keep the chairs, and I am so glad I did! They are beautiful crafted comfortable, and have truly elevated the look of my dining area. The Nordic design is exactly as pictured on the website, and the quality is excellent. Nordina Home's outstanding customer service, especially the helpfulness and understanding shown by sarah and Laura, who went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me, has made me a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Nordina Home to anyone looking for stylish, high - quality furniture and company that genuinely cares about its customers. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

Levering zou 3-5 dagen duren, nu al het dubbele en nog altijd niet binnen. Mails met teksten als "Ik vond het geweldig om je te helpen en hoop dat ik je dag een beetje beter heb gemaakt!" voelen heel nep, incl. het continue gevis naar positieve feedback. Factuur was zonder BTW. Bij navraag blijkt de levering uit Ierland te komen en hoeft er geen BTW te worden berekend. Die hebben we teruggevraagd. BTW in rekening brengen was zogenaamd een vergissing. Ik denk meer een manier om op 9 van de 10 leveringen structureel extra marge te maken; niet ok.
