Nach Feststellung eines Produktmangels hat der Kundenservice umgehend und zuvorkommend reagiert. Meine Erwartungen sind diesbezüglich übertroffen worden! Ich habe dennoch darauf hingewiesen, dass in den Rücksendemodalitäten die Rücksendeadresse - in meinem Fall Irland - klar benannt wird, da dies zumindest für mich die Kaufentscheidung beeinflussen kann.
