Absolutely delighted with my NERE suitcase. Adore the colour and excellent quality as well as being lightweight. Arrived super quick and well packaged would definitely recommend!

The worst customer support and poor quality
I ordered a Nere suitcase and vanity set from their website. The items arrived promptly and looked as expected. However, the suitcase had been packaged really lazily there was just a piece of cardboard inside with one sheet of padding. There was also plastic stuck in the zipper. The vanity I opened, and the interior material had holes in. Iβm extremely disappointed at the quality of these cases since they are not cheap. I contacted customer support and sent images. Itβs almost a week later and I have had no response. I did send the cases back last week and hoping I will receive a refund but again have had no correspondence. Update: I received an email from Nere and have now had a refund processed. However this is for half of the return which makes absolutely no sense. Honestly, please donβt buy from this brand.

Smooth ordering process
Smooth ordering process, quick delivery, luggage label was unwrapped and a little dirty but as it was silicone it wiped clean.

Good case - overpriced - uncomfortable to lift
Nere cases are the best cases out there. Very sturdy. I like how it has the lock code or the 2 rings to use a padlock too, IT cases do not. They are very overpriced and there is no cushioning on the handles, itβs difficult to lift up stairs.

They were easy to deal with and no hesitation on my request. Had issue they they replied straight away.
Nere was easy to deal with and response to issues was dealt with. No emails back forth trying to get out of the problem. Sent item back and returned new one with in days. Also saw that I done another transaction with them and emailed me to let me know that they saw and refunded and processed new and old immediately. Thanks for making so easy.
