Helllloooooo??????.........

I've received part of my order which looks lovely. What is very frustrating though is that the other piece that I wanted to take with me when I elope with my partner is still missing. When I look at my order details online, it just says order still preparing. So none of the promises made on their website that all orders are despatched within 3-5 working days. I've tried contacting them my email, messaging them by Instagram, phoning them by the Instagram page and resorted to leaving messages on their Instagram feeds although I'm not hopeful that they'll be picked up either as it looks like others have also had the same trouble. I normally try and look into a company before buying off them by using this site but seeing as I'm the first to post on here, which I'm very surprised by, I thought I'd try and warn others. Off to the credit card company to see if I can get my money back!
