NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REPLIES TO MY EMAILS. I NEED TO RETURN A SUITCASE REF:- NU 7589. DPD FAILED TO COLLECT LAST WEEK, THEY WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PLEASE CAN YOU RE ARRANGED COLLECTION WITH DPD ASAP AS I CANNOT DO THIS ONLINE AGAIN AS IT WONT LET ME AND DPD SAID I NEED TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR REPLY. WILL DO ANOTHER REVIEW ONCE THIS IS SORTED. THIS HAS BOUGHT NOTHING BUT STRESS AND INCONVENIENT.

I never received my order and had paid…
I never received my order and had paid for express delivery. Despite numerous emails to Nere no one even responded to me I have no had to raise a dispute with my bank and an utterly disgusted in the lack of customer service and non response from the company. I sent 6 emails in total and not a single response. I received a DPD tracking number yet they never received my parcel. I would never use this company again and had to go out and buy a last minute case as a result of non receipt leaving me short of money for my holiday.

Terrible company - do not buy
Bought a suitcase from them which started to break after one trip. Was told I would be sent a replacement well over a month ago. Now the customer support are stringing me along and not sure whether they’ll follow through with replacement. Not worth the money when you can buy from established brands with products that actually last! I wanted a suitcase that wouldn’t become another bit of single-use plastic, which the world doesn’t need. Unfortunately Nere don’t seem to care about the future of the planet, or their customers.
