Very pleased with my Stori Mini Case
The ordering process was very quick. I was happy to receive a welcome discount which made the purchase of the Stori Mini Case even more of a good deal. The delivery was on time as I’d paid extra and wasn’t sure it would arrive because it was getting late. But it did. I love the item because it was able to hold some delicate items I wanted to carry in my cabin luggage. The item is very light so didn’t add extra weight. I’m considering purchasing one or two more as it would make packing more organised

The suitcase looks as good as it does on web pictures. Arrived 3 days after ordering. It’s light and so easy to manoeuvre. Love it.

Lush items and colours but...
Lush items and colours! However, I unfortunately had to give these a clean when I received them as it looked like they had been thrown around the back of the warehouse before they were packaged and arrived to me! Such a let down as some items were perfectly packaged, but a few like the passport holder and Luggage tag were dusty, black and hard to clean 😔

Ordered suitcase and did not receive it…
Ordered suitcase and did not receive it for 2 weeks when I chased it. Very unsatisfactory response just advising they had a spike in orders and will do their best but no detail about when I would receive it. Order cancelled!! Let’s see how long before I get my refund.
