Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

Absolutely love my new bag. It was perfect for our travels. Lots of pockets and just the right size.

Stori Large Case
Originally bought the stori large case and there was a duplicate order where I was sent 2 cases and charged twice by mistake. I reached out to nere and spoke to Ryan who had amazing communication by email and sorted a collection and refund :) Not ideal at the beginning as my emails were missed at first so I have had to wait a few months for it to be sorted but this was thoroughly made up for as Ryan sorted my collection quickly along with my refund! Also the case is incredible, used for my recent holiday and it weighed 25kg yet was the lightest case Iβve ever taken anywhere. Lightweight and amazing storage. Will be purchasing again (but hopefully just the one case will turn up this time π€£) Thank you!

False advertising
The advertised product does not have the same qualities as the one arrived. Even the showed weights were different, and the suitcase was not expandable. Contacted the website about it but it has been two weeks and still no reply. Poor customer service.

I absolutely love these casesβ¦.
I absolutely love these cases! I have two now that match and not only do they look good, they travel well too! The wheels glide making them easy to steer. I have a bad wrist so the free movement of the wheels is great to steer without hurting my wrist! Really pleased.
