Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

10/10, I think Iβm a lifelong lover of Nere, I have all 3 of the Stori suitcases in Purple Rose and I love them. The 75cm is on the heavier side, but it is roomy for your longer holidays/stays. Delivery for me in the UK is always super speedy, no more than 5 working days for delivery, and I canβt comment on customer service because I havenβt used the service. But cannot fault Nere, thank you!

High quality, great price.
After buying a large suitcase from Nere a few months ago and being incredibly happy with it, I decided to treat my partner to a carry on. The thing we like about the Nere suitcases is the build quality and they look more expensive then they are.
