Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

I never received the item
I never received the item. I emailed saying I never received it and no one has got back to me. The delivery was left on top of the bin or inside the bin but I live on a busy road in an area to which someone would have sadly taken it. Re; I still haven’t heard anything back and emailed them myself and still didn’t so sadly I’m disappointed with the company

Disappointed
We ordered various items including two passport covers. One cover is fine but my cover arrived with marks and scuffs. I was so disappointed. I was not impressed by the way the items were just put into a brown bag with no wrapping. This came across as quite careless. I have contact Nere about this passport cover and sent pictures and have yet to hear back from them.
