Stori Large Case
Originally bought the stori large case and there was a duplicate order where I was sent 2 cases and charged twice by mistake. I reached out to nere and spoke to Ryan who had amazing communication by email and sorted a collection and refund :) Not ideal at the beginning as my emails were missed at first so I have had to wait a few months for it to be sorted but this was thoroughly made up for as Ryan sorted my collection quickly along with my refund! Also the case is incredible, used for my recent holiday and it weighed 25kg yet was the lightest case I’ve ever taken anywhere. Lightweight and amazing storage. Will be purchasing again (but hopefully just the one case will turn up this time 🤣) Thank you!
