I bought some food which was mouldy
I bought some food which was mouldy, I sent photos to naturo who said that I could destroy the evidence, packet etc. After a six week investigation they decided that the fault lay with the retailer. How the packet became split in side a sealed box I’m not sure. But they have told me there investigations findings are final. They have now advised me to go back to the retailer with no evidence etc, as they advised to destroy. Very poor customer service, would not recommend The response from naturo food is not correct they did not respond to my complaint until the 19th of November and I have the e mail as evidence if needed
