Naturo Natural Pet Food

Getting tired of rotten, mouldy food from Naturo. My dog has been eating this since a puppy and loves it, however the price over the last couple of years has gone up 50%. Used to cost £5 and now it's £7.50 (wish my salary would increase at the same rate!) I wouldn't mind so much if when I got the mouldy trays that Naturo would take some responsibility for it. You email them now with full photos and you just get some response saying we've checked that batch and there was no issue at the packing stage, it must have got damaged in transit and therefore we can't be held responsible. They had also offered me £5 through paypal which never materialised. Now only a few months later I've more damaged trays. Well to be precise it's not the plastic tray that is damaged, it's clear there is an issue with the product they are using as a seal between the tray and the foil. There are no puncture marks anywhere, no broken plastic, simply a gap where the seal has failed. When you google their products I see so many people complaining about the same thing and getting the same sort of response back from customer services. Sort it out Naturo!!

Food is very appealing to my staffie & patterdale cross , turns up when you request and i like that you can alter the date if needed

Shocking customer service sent photos and used online form as packet of food was rotten, covered in mould. Claimed didn’t get form then kept asking for details. So despite a photo they did nt engage, if I’d taken back to the store I bought they would have refunded me, but not this company not apologised or offered any refund voucher. Luckily my 2 dogs also like bakers so going with that in future

Seen this food on wilko website at an affordable price as lillies kitchen was getting to expensive we tried the mixed tins with herbs and dry food also senior trays I have to say my two bull breeds absolutely love it the texture was perfect and a pleasant smell and theve had no issues changing over, i have now ordered more as so far had very good experience

The cans often arrive damaged and the stench is awful. I would accept it if it was just the once, but this experience is repeated, regularly. My utility room sticks of rotten Naturo food and I am struggling to rid it of the smell. A friend in the village is experiencing the same issues.

My wiry dachshund has enjoyed Naturo in the past but recently I had the same issue of vomiting that others have mentioned, and not only one day a few consecutive days and different packs within a variety box. I was about to take her to the vet but decided to change the food first and when I swaped the wet food and the vomitig stopped. I am sorry it does no agree with her as it seems good quality food and was convenient - I can buy it online where I do my grocery shopping. I have also had the mouldy packet issue, but really only when a packet somehow unsealed in a variety box. Mostly though the packets come perfectly sealed.

My dog didn't seem to want it but eventually ate some and when he did he became horribly sick and was vomiting everywhere for two nights in a row. We were so worried about him - will be throwing the rest of the cans away

Two of the packs were mouldy once opened and of course they were the last two in the 6 pack which prompted an email to customers services. When I shared this with customer service i was offered £5… but then they asked for my PayPal account details! Does anyone really use PayPal who is not ‘living at no fixed abode’, money laundering or scamming? Of course, I’d imagine they know that most consumers do not use PayPal here in the U.K. Shame that they are not confident enough in their product to have sent out a replacement or product vouchers as I had expected, therefore based on similar reviews here I’ll be declining that generous offer of £5 PayPal money and buying my dog her mush elsewhere

I have two kelpies, one who is allergic to random ingredients since getting neutered, to the point of losing her hair, swollen paws and getting covered in rashes. To vomiting and bum curry! We are now on the grain and gluten free naturo pet food for 2 months, and my girl has stabilized well on it. I couldn't be happier with the product!

My Hungarian Vizsla can be extremely fussy and we struggled for a long time trying to get him wet food he would willingly eat. Happened to come across the Grain & Gluten Free Variety Pack Cans in a Herb Jelly and he LOVED it. Is finally eating all his food quickly. I was happy too as it was a fair price, quantity of meat in can in very high, compared to most manufactures (even the online ones) and surprisingly smells ok too! Would definitely recommend.

After reading some of the bad reviews on here,i was reluctant to start feeding my dogs the turkey with herb gravy,one of my dogs has bad allergies, however after years of trying every kind of dog food I decided to give it a go,at the very least I expected a bad stomach just switching straight over,to my amazement there was no upset bellies,no flare up of allergies,and they aboustly love it.

DO NOT USE my dog has been violently ill. Was unsure why but bought 6 more turkey tins and they are all mouldy..

My 3 dogs, 2 show cockers and a mini poodle all have naturo tinned mixed with dry kibble, which they all love. All have great weight and energy, beautiful coats. The older cocker has a slightly more sensitive tummy, but he’s fine on this! Can’t recommend this enough. 👍🏻

Sadly we won't be buying this dog food again. There was white mould growing on the meat.

As much as this dog food looks pleasant enough I would not buy again as one of the trays had what looked like mould yellow and green around the edge of the dog food so I had to throw it away. I've also soon other reviews of this happening a lot to one in every other pack.

I was feeding my dog another well known brand in wet food (grain free),which I mix with a little dry food. He was having chronic diarrhoea,so I changed to Naturo.(Also mixed with a little dry food.) Not only did he seem to enjoy the food much more,but he no longer suffers with diarrhoea,and is more energetic. I would definitely recommend Naturo to other dog owners!

Our dogs absolutely love this quality dog food, smells nice and our fussy dogs never leave a scrap in their bowls, there are so many flavours to choose from so they don't get bored and they love the fish flavoured ones which I can't find in the shops. My delivery came really well packed and DPD left a message to let me know what time delivery would be.

My dog eats the grain free food and it’s okay but having asked if I could get an order despatched a bit sooner (was happy to pay) I was told - “will see if we can get it despatched by DPD.” I chase them for an update - I then get a: “I had asked the team if they could get it out on the 11th for you and was told this should be possible but I can see that this has not been dispatched however I can see that this has been collected by DPD this afternoon and is on its way to you now.” The parcel hasn’t even been collected. “Should be possible?”. No explanation whatsoever. It either is or isn’t. And even now you aren’t being truthful. A scanned DPD parcel is not collected! You’ve only just booked it. Sorry. But the worst customer care I’ve ever seen. Non existent and frankly you should be embarrassed at that. The most important aspect of customer care - which you evidently don’t know - is care. I don’t see any of that.

Brilliant food my puppy is enjoying every mouth full my other dog loves it too and she’s fussy with food.
