I made a complaint June 2023 after receiving mouldy food. The response was no issues found with the batch number concerned. I have given Naturo the benefit of the doubt but since then I have opened food containers that looked as if they were in process of going mouldy. This week my dog is very unwell, vomiting and loose stools, I think the food is to blame now as I closely control his diet. Having now read through the THIRTY TWO% of 1 star reviews and the numerous accounts of mouldy food I am reminded of the post office scandal, where the company response is your the only one having this problem. I have just received our next subscription order, I will be calling them tomorrow to return it and cancel the subscription, my dog is too important to me to risk poisoning him with mouldy food. It's a real shame as the product is decent when it's fresh and untainted.
I note your reply below and simply remark that having reviewed other well known brands reviews a very small minority have instances of mould in products, Naturo on the other hand have several, you are implying that all the markedly high number of customers receiving mould on Naturo products is down to improper product handling or poor transport conditions? You really think that Naturo are never at fault, as I said this has all the hallmarks of the post office affair where the public are being told nothing to see here ?
