Naturo USED to be a great company to deal with ,unfortunately i can no longer say this.
Having had some issues with their new subscription service where i was charged treble the delivery when it should have been free i contacted their customer 'care' service. 
Well ,long story short they don't care and would rather lose a customer than admit when they've messed up. The response i got ,i use that term very loosely ,was at best condescending. Certainly not how i would treat one of my customers that was spending £2K + a year on one of my products.
And as other reviewers have said below ,the deliveries were regularly damaged. To be fair when i complained i was given a free crate but the packaging never did improve and it's been an ongoing problem since.
Going forwards i will be taking my custom elsewhere.
