This company is hard to contact with when you need help. My page is not working despite everything

Quick response to issues.

I had a problem with my password, tried to solve this on my own, of course I had permanent access to my account but a new password did not accept it. At the first contact by email, my request was solved, where I could create a new password.

Love them .. very concise and thorough. The customer service replied and helped me out within 24 hours of needing help. Great jobs guys thanks !!

I have had a hard time it’s nothing that reflects on what y’all are doing. This is just very new to me so I’ve had a really hard time trying to link everything and understand what I’m doing. I don’t really know if I’ve got everything set up correctly.

Best customer service ever. My concern and refund was handled with speed! It was immediate. Very thankful I did not have to jump through a lot of hoops. 10/10 if you want to pay for the paid membership, you should!

They are so slow, actually not responding to anything. When you want to contact them in the support chat, the Ai tells you that they’re getting an actual person for ohh to chat with but no. You send as many messages as you want in order to get their attention but they never reply. Now I don’t know what you to do now. They are just the worst. Really horrible support team. They don’t do ANYTHING. Must not recommend using Linktree
