Naturo Natural Pet Food

Tried naturo chicken grain free. My Vizsla has been sick and terrible diahorrea since having it. The smell is the worse. I will not be using any naturo products in future

Initially the food and ordering process was great but over time some of the deliveries came damaged but they wouldn’t respond to complaints. I didn’t sign up to a regular delivery but they kept sending food and taking my money and ignoring emails so I am disgusted with their customer service and would never use again.

This is the only wet food my dogs will tolerate that is not extraordinarily expensive. I’m also happy that it can be delivered to my house as local stores do not consistently have it in stock.

Food is same great quality. The new packaging is a disaster,cannot be recycled, difficult to use in portions. Old container washable and recyclable, lid not but now entire pouch not recyclable. Also old container made portions simple to achieve.

Our dogs absolutely love this food , both the trays and the tins , they have great praise from Our vets about their condition , teeth and general health and we are very happy with this diet , they have meat and kibble mixed .

I checked Naturo out on allaboutdogfood.co.uk to make sure I was happy with the ingredients and they got a pretty high AADF score. I went with the gravy tins rather than the trays because they don't contain Carrageenan. My working springer has a sensitive stomach and does really well on the Naturo grain free tinned variety pack. She's cleans the bowl and is always keen for her food. She's got plenty of energy, a super shiny coat and no tummy troubles. I love the deals that Naturo have been doing lately. eg the 15% off all wet food and the 20% off combo deal. I've told a few friends about these and it has encourage them to give Naturo a try. It has really helped me as everything is so expensive and was considering looking for better dog food deals. On occasion a few tins in the grain free variety pack have been dented, tins on the inside of the pack so not damaged from delivery. But they were still intact and usable. Just wondering if the variety pack is cheaper than the single recipe packs because some are dented? - if so it would be good if Naturo explained this so people don't get disappointed. Customer services are great too, I had an issue with only part of my order being delivered and they looked into it quickly and found it had just been placed on another van. If the dry food was at a better price point I'd also change to that, but I can get a natural, high AADF scoring dry food for a better price (even with the deals). So this is why I've given a 4.

Great service generally. Smewhat surprised to see the negative feedback. I have used this company for at least a year. Subscriptions are easily modified, deliveries are prompt and the products are excellent. Dogs love their stuff. I did stop getting their dried food, simply becuse I wanted my old giant girl to get a larger kibble so am using a different Irish made food. I still get the wet food which I reckon you could happily eat yourself for supper!

In one word amazing! Ordered first time and im very happy with their service. Very fast delivery (2days) and i really love their website, where you can add your pets and get all information needed. Actually impressed you can order this directly from them (saves me going to a supermarket or to find they don't have enough stock) as my dog will only eat this brand. I order 2 month's worth of trays and that gets me free delivery. My only gripe is the packaging there is a lot of cardboard boxing and cellophane for people like me bulk ordering then the trays itself - unclear if they are for certain recyclable- I'd love if they could clarify if they are. It's the naturo dog adult wet food with rice variety trays. Thanks great service though. They even moved the shipping date to a WFH date so I didn't have to worry about the order being left outside. Fab.

The deliveries are never regular and for the second time I received a message saying that the driver called but no one was here, I’ve been here waiting all afternoon. I have a regular order every two weeks and delivery days vary from Thursday to Monday, it’s more convenient to buy locally and other brands have better availability,

Efficient ordering and delivery service. Good choice of dog food and treats. My dog loves the food in the trays and cans and the salmon treats.

Really good wet and dry food for dogs, my Labrador loves it.

I don't often write reviews but having seen some of the negative reviews about Naturo, I thought I would share my positive experience. I bought a tray of Naturo in desperation for my old boy (15 years old) as he had been turning his nose up and walking away for weeks from another and more expensive brand that I have used for many years. My other dogs were fine but he just wouldn't eat although he was clearly hungry as was looking for scraps off the floor. When I tried him with Naturo, he hoovered it up and would have licked the coating off the bowl he ate out off if I had allowed him to! I decided that as Naturo was half the price to that I was using but looked and smelt far nicer plus my other dogs where very interested in what their older brother was having and appeared a little jealous, that I would get my next bulk order from Naturo. I had already been experiencing a poor and extremely slow service from the other and more expensive brand for a few months so, it was a no brainer for me to give it a try. However when I read the Trustpilot reviews, I felt a little anxious that I may be making a mistake but concluded it couldn't be worse than I had already been experiencing so ordered anyway. I needn't have worried at all as I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered first thing Friday which to me, feels like first class service. All my dogs are now on Naturo and loving it so for me, it was the best decision I could have made.

I have been using this wet food in gravy with dry for my 2 year old labradoodle... as she has allergies I'm trying to find out what the gelling agents are in this tinned food ... its been marked down on all about dog food as not clearly labelled... does this food contain carragernan ? Or agar agar .. Can you please clarify.

Food comes very well packed and on time unless told otherwise if there is going to be a delay.

Waited far too long for delivery. 9 days. Paid £8 for delivery so not happy at all

Terrible service, never again absolutely rubbish

Normally they’re really good but after ordering on monthly subscription almost £200 of food I’ve been severely let down. St Patrick’s Day was blamed (despite the subscription being set up LONG before then) & my dogs, including an elderly dog with multiple allergies, have now been left with no food. I had to pay £25 to a previous supplier to send me 2 days’ worth of food and despite promises from Naturo my order would be shipped today on their 2 day service, this did not happen. Forthglade may cost more but it’s free next day delivery and I need someone reliable for my dogs so despite previous good experiences with Naturo, they evidently don’t value what would have been considerable regular custom.

My dog loves this food and it is literally the only food that agrees with him. (He has multiple allergies). I was over the moon when I found this brand. I’m giving 3 stars because for the second time I have received a “blown” tray. The foil has bubbled up like it does with meat when it has started to go off. I have also received one tray that had burst and there was salmon dog food all over the other trays. Altogether, that’s 3 trays wasted. It usually wouldn’t be that much of a big deal but when it’s happened more than once and things are expensive as it is, it has started to cause me problems. That’s a days food I’ve lost now. I have contacted customer service twice now for the latest problem and have received no reply.

Absolutely loves it and the service is second to none!!
