Once my name was spelt correctly and another basic error was corrected things improved. It was a slow process to completion as one niece was being very difficult and in the end was removed as a potential trustee. So in the end it was a positive experience.

My wife and I had a relaxing conversation with Alex regarding my inquiry about LPA. We both felt at ease talking to Alex he was polite, professional and very knowledgable concerning the subject. I can’t rate the experience as I’ve paid the money then this email came to review it about 2 minutes afterwards.. At this point I’ve actually heard nothing so it’s very hard to leave a review of work when nones been done as yet only to of taken the card details… but yes the payment process went really smoothly.

MWQ prepared our Wills and LPA recently. I found the process fast and efficient. I had researched other companies on line but found they were more expensive than MWQ. I would highly recommend this company. My husband and I were very satisfied with the service.

I have found my experience with this company shoddy and not very helpful, lack of oversight and poor communication, not returning my calls sending incorrect information even when I have sent emails to correct information it still comes back with errors. Missing my approved documents and having to find them manually leading to delay in getting probate sent to courts and me incurring costs. They don’t respond or apologise for errors they don’t call to see how things are or if they can help. I have had to find things out for myself along the way and query issues that they could easily have prompted me for or advised accordingly. I would not recommend this company Since i posted this review I am glad that someone from management has now reached out to me and that i was helped and listen to by Alex who took the time to listen to my complaints and feedback. I am now able to say that hopefully the matters i raised have now on the way to being resolved and that i can now feel a bit more reassured
