Member of staff polite, clear and concise, very straight forward. Brilliant that I could do it over the phone and have documents emailed out to proof read. Value for money

Though everything was done remotely, it still felt like we were dealing with real people competent in their jobs. The initial remote consultation was particularly good. The documents created were refreshingly free of jargon and easy to understand. Today marks the end of the process. Putting LPAs in place takes time but it's been well worth it.

We live near the office so chose to go to the office rather than on zoom, which they accommodated and were very welcoming. Very professional and complete service and we would completely recommend this company. Gave us good advice for both our will’s and LPA’s. Also good value for money, compared to using a solicitor.

Contacted this company to make a Will for me and my husband, brilliant information and advice clearly explained from the beginning, updates received at each stage until completion. Definitely reccomend this company for creating a will. I will be using them again to start the process for power of attorney.

I was sorting on behalf of my elderly parent, quite happy to deal with me and take payment. Heard absolutely nothing for months so I contacted them and received an extremely rude reply. Would not use them again and wished I read previous reviews before I did, very unprofessional considering their business..... If it's the case you are not allowed to speak to me, this most certainly wasnt the case when I provided all initial information and you took payment. You only have my email address as my 90yr old Dad hasn't got access to one and not once have you provided an update to the situation or advised if the matter is complete so when I have to contact you, I wouldn't expect such a rude response!!!! Had i received updates, this would have been unnecessary.....as stated, my Dad will ring tomorrow and I shall be looking into reimbursement.

Straight forward clear advice and directions. Always answered any questions promptly, where a wait was unavoidable due to outside agencies, these were explained. Would deal with them again, should a need arise.

Responding to my review with totally INCORRECT points, firstly I did NOT say the appointment offered was not convenient (time and day wise it would have been perfect. MWQ's third party ukim is exactly that a third party, NOT someone i have a contractual obligation with, if MWQ want to use a third party that is up to them but they must legally take responsibility for the lack of work. Since all this messing around I finally received a promise of a refund but that still hasn't materialised, they are quick to take your money, don't do anything and expect customers to put up with it. USE ANY OTHER FIRM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Started a very difficult process with what felt like the best support. If you ever find yourself in a position where you have to apply to the court of protection for deputy ship. It will be hard pushed to find a better service or better price. We felt way more supported than any solicitor could do.

This Company is very deceitful and kept my money for 2 months despite doing no work. Had to have Visa disputes involved and also The Society of Will Writers. Beware before parting with any money. Do your research

I found this company through another web site. Having been left adrift by three other companies. I found this company most helpful . Their instructions to me were easy to follow . There was a fault on one of the pages but they gave me further help and the problem was solved. I have passed their details on to friends.
